Are tours hotel pickup included?

Most Niagara and Toronto-area departures include round-trip hotel pickup and drop-off. Your booking confirmation lists the exact pickup point and time.

How long are the tours?

It depends on the tour: boat-focused day trips run 8 to 10 hours, while sightseeing and scenic experiences can be 4 to 7 hours. Each tour page lists its duration.

Is the boat cruise included in the price?

Boat Adventure tours include the cruise. Some sightseeing tours offer it as an add-on. The "Includes" line on each tour spells out exactly what is covered.

What should I wear and bring?

Comfortable shoes, a light layer, sunglasses, your ID, and a camera. Ponchos are provided on boat cruises, but you may still get a little misty, that is half the fun.

What is the cancellation policy?

Most tours offer flexible cancellation. Send us your date and we will confirm the policy for that specific tour before you book.

Do you run tours year round?

Yes. Niagara is spectacular in every season, including our Winter Wonder tours when the Falls are framed in ice and lights.
